"I am an HR Manager for a large company and I know a good employee when I meet one and the gentlemen in parts AJ was fantastic!! I spoke with him on the phone prior to visiting your facility and when I asked for him at the parts counter he remembered everything I spoke to him about and helped me find everything I needed. "I called to make a service appointment the service advisor said I could drop it off and he would get it worked into the schedule. It called me with estimate to repair the carburetors.
They called to keep me updated of when it would be ready. I went to pick it up, the estimate was the same as quoted. This service experience was OUTSTANDING... Everyone who made it possible from the Service Advisors to the cashier and most of all the mechanic who made it run like new again.

"WARNING! If you ride the new 2011 KTM 350, you won't want anything but a new 350! While phone shopping from Ocala for a different brand/model, I stated to my CSC Sales Representative Pete, "Ya' know Pete. We could quit all this phone haggling if you guys simply had a new KTM 350 available!" Well, as luck would have, early that same day, TWO arrived and only one was spoken for.I know this for a FACT because, I'd called CSC a day earlier looking for a 350. The available KTM was turned down by the previous deposit holder. Pete professionally assisted me in handling ALL aspects of the purchase OVER THE PHONE! Virtually no dealer that I know of has ANY interest of doing this, regardless of how far away from the store you are! Thanks CSC. I'm the envy of the off-road world with the finest that KTM and CSC has to offer! No hassles and 100% professional!"

"Purchased a used 150SX on-line from CSC and went down to pick it up and ride for a week. What a leap of faith! I was not disapointed. Sales team were fantastic, parts guys were great, they even offered us the racer discount! and....deliver to my door in Canada. The bike was flawless and we've been running it without any issues since. When they said the bike was excellent, they didn't even stretch the truth. Totally satisfied. That's how a dealership should run."

"To Sales, Parts and Service,
The first time that entered your business I was greeted by a salesman. To my pleasant surprise handed a card and said "I will be right over there if you have a any questions or need any help." I couldn't believe it a salesman that wasn't pushy. That was in September 2005, since then I have bought parts and have had service perform on my unit. Your employees have always been knowledgable about products and service and friendly to deal with. East Orlando Yamaha & Kawasaki is 3.8 miles form my home. I have tried to deal with them three times in the past. I now will drive 25 miles to your place of business and have to pass by there front door. I tried to buy my ATV from them, I spent 45 minutes looking over the exact same unit that I bought from you and another 30 minutes trying get some one to take my money. An hour and fifteen minutes later I through up my hands and walk out. Three days later I just happen by your place and the rest is history. Thank you and your STAFF the service and a job well done.
