The first time that entered your business I was greeted by a salesman. To my pleasant surprise handed a card and said "I will be right over there if you have a any questions or need any help." I couldn't believe it a salesman that wasn't pushy. That was in September 2005, since then I have bought parts and have had service perform on my unit. Your employees have always been knowledgable about products and service and friendly to deal with. East Orlando Yamaha & Kawasaki is 3.8 miles form my home. I have tried to deal with them three times in the past. I now will drive 25 miles to your place of business and have to pass by there front door. I tried to buy my ATV from them, I spent 45 minutes looking over the exact same unit that I bought from you and another 30 minutes trying get some one to take my money. An hour and fifteen minutes later I through up my hands and walk out. Three days later I just happen by your place and the rest is history. Thank you and your STAFF the service and a job well done.
